Regulamin zaliczenia wychowania fizycznego
CENTRUM SPORTU Politechniki Poznańskiej
1. Rejestracja na zajęcia WF odbywa się poprzez system USOS po odbytym spotkaniu organizacyjnym w Centrum Sportu. Harmonogram rejestracji zamieszczany jest w systemie USOS w zakładce „moje rejestracje”.
2. Przed dokonaniem wyboru student powinien zapoznać się z ofertą zajęć WF na stronie www.cspp.put.poznan.pl
3. Student ma prawo do zapisania się na tylko jedne zajęcia WF.
4. Student może w uzasadnionym przypadku zmienić grupę WF po uzgodnieniu z prowadzącym i wypisaniu się z zajęć pierwszego wyboru w terminie do 14 dni od rozpoczęcia zajęć / dotyczy każdego semestru/.
5. Zaliczenie przedmiotu odbywa się poprzez aktywne i regularne uczestnictwo w zajęciach .
6. Nieobecności na zajęciach -
Bez obowiązku odrabiania i usprawiedliwiania możliwe jest opuszczenia maksymalnie :
* 2 zajęć przy 30 godzinach w semestrze
* 1 zajęć przy 15 lub 10 godzinach w semestrze
7. Odrabianie nieobecności:
* Student zobowiązany jest do odrobienia pozostałych nieusprawiedliwionych nieobecności oraz krótkoterminowych zwolnień lekarskich (maksymalnie 5 łącznie) w porozumieniu ze swoim prowadzącym,
* Możliwe jest odrobienie dwóch zajęć w tygodniu,
* W zajęciach z wychowania fizycznego można uczestniczyć maksymalnie maksymalnie 1 raz dziennie,
* Zajęcia należy odrobić w innym dniu niż zajęcia programowe,
* W ostatnim tygodniu semestru nie można odrabiać zajęć.
8. Długoterminowe zwolnienia lekarskie i orzeczenia o niepełnosprawności –
Student bierze udział w zajęciach kompensacyjnych dostosowanych do jego możliwości zdrowotnych i fizycznych .
9. Zajęcia wychowania fizycznego można zaliczyć również poprzez czynny udział w treningach i starcie w zawodach akademickich w ramach sekcji sportowych KU AZS PP.
10. Zajęcia z poza oferty CSPP nie zaliczają przedmiotu wychowanie fizyczne.
11. Przepisanie zaliczenia:
Student ubiegający się o przepisanie zaliczenia z WF /nie dotyczy zwolnienia lekarskiego/ z innego kierunku PP lub innej uczelni musi być zarejestrowany na zajęciach WF w bieżącym semestrze/roku akademickim. Przepisanie zaliczenia wychowania fizycznego dotyczy tylko tego samego semestru WF.
12. Sprawy nie ujęte w regulaminie rozpatruje Dyrektor CSPP.
Regulations for passing physical education
SPORT CENTER of Poznan University of Technology
1. Registration for PE classes is done through the USOS system after the organizational meeting held at the Sports Center. The registration schedule is posted in the USOS system in the "my registrations" tab.
2. Before making a choice, the student should familiarize himself/herself with the offer of PE classes at www.cspp.put.poznan.pl.
3. A student has the right to register for only one PE class.
4. A student may, in a justified case, change the P.E. group after agreeing with the instructor and signing out of the first choice class within 14 days from the beginning of the class /applies to each semester/.
5. Credit for the course is given by active and regular participation in classes .
6. Absences from classes -.
Without the obligation to make up and excuse, it is possible to miss a maximum of :
* 2 classes with 30 hours in a semester
* 1 class with 15 or 10 hours in a semester.
7. Making up absences:
* Students are required to make up any remaining unexcused absences and short-term sick leave (maximum 5 total) in consultation with their instructor,
* It is possible to make up two classes per week,
* Physical education classes may be attended a maximum of 1 per day,
* Classes must be made up on a different day from the program classes,
* In the last week of the semester, classes cannot be made up.
8. Long-term sick leave and disability certificates -
The student shall participate in compensatory classes adapted to his health and physical abilities .
9. Physical education classes can also be credited through active participation in training and competing in academic competitions within the sports sections of AZS University Club of Poznan University of Technology.
10. Classes from outside the SCPP offer do not pass the physical education course.
11. Transcription of credit:
A student seeking to rewrite PE credit /does not apply to a medical exemption/ from another PP course or another university must be registered for PE classes in the current semester/academic year. Transcription of PE credit applies only to the same semester of PE.
12. Cases not included in the regulations are considered by the Director of SCPP.
